They are both attentive to the individual's preferences, and will stop and show you the results half-way through to confirm that the shape is how you wanted it to be. The location is pretty convenient, right in the heart of Downtown and the price is oh so right. They also offer a groupon deal, $15 for $10, as well as check-in discount and have a loyalty card where the 10th visit is a free eyebrow threading!

Just moved back to Boston after a three year stint in NYC where threading is cheaper than a coffee and was looking for a new go-to for my brows. I purchased the Yelp deal for $10 ($15 value) and headed over to their location in downtown crossing during lunchtime. There were three girls ahead of me but I only waited about 5 or so minutes. The woman working there did a great job cleaning up my eyebrows and giving them shape. I will definitely be going back and you should too!

I tried this place out again today and had Ranju take care of me. She is so nice! When I sat down, she asked me if I just wanted my eyebrows to be cleaned up. I've been neglecting them for a good month or so and it was easier for me to have them threaded quickly rather than just pluck them. I'm so glad I gathered the courage to come and try this place out again!

Ranju really did work her magic. She remembered my previous Yelp review and I was kind of embarrassed for leaving previous review. Mind you, the previous review is for the work done by the other lady who works there and not Ranju. She helped shape my eyebrows into a natural look and in the end, she told me that the eyebrow shape she created is the best for my face shape. When I got back home, my sister even told me that my eyes look a lot kinder than the previous threading experience that I had which made me look angry and kind of mean. Thank you so much Ranju and your magical threading skills!

Can't beat the prices and convenience of downtown location. Definitely going to make this my go to spot

I hadn't made an appointment but went in after work at 6:30pm on Wednesday evening. After a short 5 minute wait, I was in the chair and less than 15 minutes later eyebrows looking fantastic and upper lip hair free. Can't beat the prices and convenience of downtown location. Definitely going to make this my go to spot
