After reading all the great reviews about this place, I decided to check it out while I was in the area. I"m not familiar with Brighton, but it was easy to find. The shop is very clean, cute, and cozy.  Ranju was great. Even though she was with a customer, she greeted me warmly as I came in.  When it was my turn, I laid back in the comfortable chair and let her do her magic.  I had grown out my eyebrows.. So there was no real shape to work with. She didn't need  any direction from me. She cleaned up my eyebrows nicely to frame my face. It hurt a little bit, but she is very fast so it's not so bad. Great experience!

Went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time in a looong time yesterday, Ranju was very warm and welcoming, and she did a great job on my eyebrows! Would definitely recommend to others!

Ranju is awesome! I used to get mine done in Allston (and loved my threader) but over the years she increased her price to $18, which I couldn't justify paying each time! Since then, I've been tweezing and my eyebrows were in need of shaping/fixing. Ranju knows how to work her magic. I've seen her twice now and my eyebrows are almost perfect!! She told me now to tweeze in between so they can continue to grow back & they look the best they've ever looked. She even remembered me when I came back again a month or 2 later. I would highly recommend them and will continue to come back. Especially at $10 - so worth it for her skill and kindness.

Ranju does an excellent job! This place has only been open the past 3 months, and after lurking all the rave reviews I decided I needed to check this place out. I usually go to Thread and Shape in Harvard Square, but my two threading experts have since left (Reni and Binita). Since then, T&S has butchered my brows and I needed a new brow place. Luckily, I found Boston Threading!

I had my entire face threaded and let me tell you, Ranju is *thorough*. She listens to what you want and is an expert at brow shaping. She didn't make my brows too thin (every other establishment whittles them down) and kept my shape, while making them even better! She was precise - she took her time and got every little hair - and made sure I was happy with the outcome. My only caveat is that since it's a one-woman show, and undoubtedly word will spread about Ranju's prowess with the thread, you may want to call ahead or make an appointment.

The 4 stars is only because this is my first time and I want to make sure it's not just a fluke.
